The “après-midis goûters du Pont Royal” (in English, snack afternoons at the Pont Royal) are orchestrated around three gourmet variances: the “Hugo”, contemporary reinterpretations of traditional pastries, the “Victor”, classical pastries, and the “demi-sphères en chocolat”(chocolate half-spheres) with a caramel runny heart. Another delicious surprise to offer: the writers’ notebooks with, as one chooses, demi-sphères or traditional praline chocolates. Finally, you should know that Hugo & Victor also makes hot beverages (spicy chocolate) and vanilla or chocolate small cakes at the tearoom of the hotel. Irresistible!
